When will you ship my items?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. However 99% of orders are shipped within 3-5 days of payment. You get an order confirmation email the moment you place an order with us. And we sent an email with tracking information once the products are shipped. If you don't see these emails in your inbox, then please check your spam folder or promotions and social tab. The subject line has the name "Grace Gaze" in it.
When will I receive my items?
Handmade items and print on demand items should arrive within 1-2 weeks of your order date. Products featured in our Global Partner Program may take 2-4 weeks as items are arriving from small businesses around the globe.
Where is my order shipping from?
In order to get the best prices possible, we work with small mom and pop businesses around the globe. This means shipping times can take a little longer, but by cutting out the middle man, you get the best deal possible, and you're helping support people that are just as passionate as you!
Where do your products come from?
Our products are ethically sourced from small businesses around the world. We partner up with other businesses and feature their products in our store. We then cut out the big-box-retailer "middle man" and our suppliers ship directly to you.
Will my items be sent in 1 package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
What is your return policy?
Most items have a 45-day refund policy. We realize it takes some time to get your order delivered so we try to be as flexible as possible. If you need help please send us a support ticket. Our #1 goal is keeping our customers happy!
