Why does God allow suffering if He’s good? What if I told you there’s a profound truth that could change everything for you?
Today, we’re going to dive into this truth: the end of suffering. We’ll explore how to shift our perspectives, embrace God’s love, and live a life free from suffering. Prepare to be amazed.
Imagine waking up every day feeling light, unburdened by the weight of your worries. Picture a life where the constant undercurrent of pain and struggle is gone.
It might seem hard to believe, but it’s possible. It starts with understanding where suffering comes from.
Suffering is caused by our resistance and negative thought patterns. It’s not the circumstances themselves that cause us pain, but our resistance to them. When we resist what is happening, we create tension and suffering in our minds and hearts.
“There is pain in the physical, but suffering is of the mind.” Our higher self, connected to God’s infinite love, does not suffer. It’s our familiar self, caught up in resistance and negative thoughts, that experiences suffering.
What I’m about to share with you may not be the easiest thing to grasp, but if you can get it, it will take you out of suffering immediately.
Our mind makes it feel like we are the ones suffering, and if we believe our mind, our suffering is immense. But the truth is that you are the one who is aware of the suffering, rather than the one suffering.
The one who is suffering is the idea you have of yourself that you’ve believed, but it is not who you really are in Christ.
To find relief from suffering, ask yourself this question: “Am I the one suffering, or am I the one who is aware of the suffering?” When you stop believing the mind’s suggestion that you are the one suffering, the suffering will end immediately.
How Shifting Your Perspective Can End Suffering
Think about that. This simple shift in perspective can transform your life.
Imagine you are standing in the midst of a fierce storm. The wind howls, the rain lashes down, and everything around you is chaos.
But then, you step inside a warm, safe shelter and watch the storm through a window. The storm is still there, but you are no longer in it. You are aware of it, but it no longer affects you. This is what happens when you shift from identifying with the suffering to being aware of it.
Once you understand the nature of the mind, suffering cannot exist in your true nature in Christ. When you allow God’s presence to open the door, it dissolves all the beliefs, opinions, and ideas that cover up your natural state of happiness.
It’s no wonder that when the machinery of suffering falls apart and the mind grows quiet, you feel as if you’ve come home.
There is one belief in particular that is the real root cause of all the suffering in the world: the belief that we are separate from God. Our mind convinces us that we are just individuals, vulnerable to a world of things that could go wrong.
If you believe this story of separateness, you will be completely under the control of your mind. Your mind will constantly feed you fearful thoughts that you are vulnerable, that bad things can happen to you, and that your life is limited.
But the truth is the very opposite. We are not separate from God. Picture a river flowing towards the ocean. At times, it might appear that the river is separate from the ocean, winding through valleys and mountains.
But ultimately, it merges with the vast expanse of the sea, becoming one with it. In the same way, while it may appear that we are separate individuals, we are actually part of a magnificent creation filled with God’s eternal love.
Stay aware of the truth that you are infinite, loved, and part of God’s eternal plan. Embrace this truth, and you will experience a life filled with lasting happiness and peace.
When you recognize that there is no separation between you and God, you realize that there is no one to suffer. You are not alone in your struggles; God’s presence is with you, ready to transform your pain into peace. Let go of the belief in separateness and embrace the truth of your divine union. This is the path to ending suffering and experiencing true joy.
We often believe we have a problem when something goes differently from what we expected it to, or when we feel something has gone “wrong.” Our mind’s immediate response to a problem is: “I don’t want this!” Yet, the truth is that problems exist only in the human mind.
Imagine waking up to a peaceful morning, only to have your plans interrupted by an unexpected event. The immediate reaction might be frustration or distress, thinking, “This shouldn’t be happening.
” But consider this: “Problems exist only in the human mind.” Problems are not real; they are only imagined. There are no problems. It’s impossible. What you are is free of problems in your true nature in Christ.
Problems are manufactured—every single one of them. All problems are based on memory; in this moment, there are no problems.
Breaking Free: Discovering Peace Through God’s Grace

Visualize the peace of a serene lake. If there were no human mind, there would be no ripples, no disturbances—no problems. All problems exist in the human mind.
They are stories created by our thoughts. The mind interprets life by telling a story about something that’s happened and turning it into a problem. To experience a problem-free life, instead of believing your mind, use the power of your awareness to become aware of your mind.
Think about the profound simplicity of this: When you’re living more and more as awareness, then you will see clearly that problems are imagined limitations. How can the infinite awareness that you are in Christ have a single problem?
Reflecting on the principles of the Miracle Breakthrough Blueprint, I’ve found that when I’m happy, there are barely any problems in my life. From the place of happiness, problems either don’t appear, or they’re so small that they don’t disturb my peace.
When I’m happy, problems look like anthills compared to when I’ve been in despair, and the smallest issue seems mountainous. So doesn’t it make sense that from the ultimate level of happiness, where we know who we are in Christ, there are zero problems?
Imagine a life where there’s no end to problems in the world. If you try to find the end, you go on and on forever, solving problems and always finding more.
As long as you are conscious of problems, they exist. Only when you discover the real you in Christ, will you find an end to problems.
Think of putting your hand in a fire and saying, ‘Ouch, it’s hot! My hand is burning! Boy, do
I have a problem!’ And then you put your hand back in the fire, and so on, until one day you see that you are doing it and you stop.
If you have a problem, you’re putting your hand into a problem and yelling, ‘It hurts!’ and acting as though you’re not putting your hand in it. You act as though you are not doing it. But you are.
All problems come from the ego. You’re free when you don’t give validity to any problems.
The difficulty is that when you believe you have a problem, you will most definitely experience having a problem.
But if you can be aware that it’s really the mind and its thoughts telling another negative story, you allow any supposed problem to dissolve and disappear because your belief is not holding it to you or the world anymore.
Consider the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:34, “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Anyone who says, ‘I have trouble,’ has it in his mind.
That is the only place where it is because you can’t see or conceive of anything anywhere else but in your mind. Whatever you look at, whatever you hear, whatever you sense, is in and through your mind. That is where everything is.
From Pain to Peace: Ending the Illusion of Separation from God

When you don’t resist anything, when you accept everything just the way that it is, this is love. Where love exists, no problem can exist.
It’s the reason why no problem can touch who you really are because you are pure love in Christ. It is a love so pure our minds can’t conceive of it.
It is completely welcoming, accepting, all-allowing, and totally unattached. It’s the kind of love demonstrated by Jesus Christ, who shows us that our true self has no problems ever.
But from the perspective of a limited person, problems do seem real. Our mind has the opposite reaction to infinite awareness, and it resists and denies the way something is rather than accepting and allowing it.
Consider the words of Ecclesiastes 3:1, “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them—that only creates sorrow.
Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like. When there is no emotional investment in trying to force things to be the way we want them, then they are free to move and resolve themselves.
In conclusion, when we understand that problems are a construct of the mind, we can begin to see them differently. By embracing love, acceptance, and non-resistance, we align ourselves with the truth of who we are in Christ.
We realize that we are free, and with this freedom comes the end of all problems.
